Soon Press Ganey will offer electronic patient satisfaction surveys to Morrow County Hospital patients. Press Ganey partners with many healthcare organizations to measure and improve patient satisfaction. eSurveys are one way to do this.
eSurvey is the Press Ganey survey process that uses patients’ email addresses to send a survey asking about their Morrow County Hospital experience.
Patients who experience the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Lab, Radiology, CAT scan, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory, Sleep Lab, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy and have an active email registered may receive an eSurvey. A randomly selected number of these patients will be sent paper surveys as in the past. Those not selected to receive the paper survey process will receive an eSurvey if an email address was provided.
The eSurvey should take only 5 to 10 minutes to complete and will provide feedback about patients’ experiences to Morrow County Hospital so the hospital can improve the care and satisfaction of patients.
Email addresses are only used for access to the Morrow County Hospital Patient Portal and for receiving an eSurvey. Email addresses are not provided to any other entity.
