The Morrow County Hospital Board of Trustees has called a meeting for the purposes of discussing the September 9, 2020 resolution concerning legal representation and the current state of legal proceedings involving the Board of Trustees and Morrow County Hospital.
The meeting will be conducted pursuant to legislation contained in House Bill 197 authorizing virtual meetings that would normally be subject to the requirements of Ohio law governing the meetings of public bodies, thus avoiding in-person meetings.
