7:30-8:30 a.m. – Northmor (Grades 9-12)
7:30-8:30 a.m. – Gilead Christian (Grades 9-12)
8:30-9:30 a.m. – Highland (Grades 9-12)
9:30-10:30 a.m. – Mt. Gilead (Grades 9-12)
10:30-11:30 a.m. – Cardington (Grades 9-12)

Location:

Morrow County Hospital’s Lower Level
(Please…Enter through the hospital’s “Receiving” entrance – southeast side of the building.)
What is included:

Blood Pressure/Pulse • Height/Weight • Eye Exam •
Posture/Flexibility/Strength/Joint Stability • Physician’s Exam
Who is eligible:

Any Morrow County High School Student (Grades 9-12 for the 2010-11 school year) who will be participating in any sport/activity during the 2010-11 school year. This will be the only date these free physical exams will be offered by Morrow County Hospital.
What to wear:

Please wear loose-fitting clothing – preferably no jeans or jean shorts. Also, you must wear corrective eyewear, if appropriate.
Special Info:

Contact your athletic director, or school office for a physical form and all necessary paperwork.

On the physical exam day, students must bring all completed and signed paperwork with them.
