Gilead and is managed by OhioHealth whose mission is "to improve the health of those we serve."  MCH is designated as a 25-bed critical access hospital and is licensed for 38-Extended Care Facility beds providing a wide variety of services. More

Any patient, family member, employee, medical staff member, or other individual who provides care, treatment, or services, who has concerns about the safety or quality of care provided may contact The Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited healthcare organization by either calling – 1-800-994-6610 or e-mailing – complaint@jcaho.org. Morrow County Hospital will take no disciplinary action when a safety or quality of care concern is given to The Joint Commission.
